Key Areas of Responsibility.
-Register the invoices received in the control file -Ensure correct booking of invoices -Print debit notes -Match debit notes and original invoice -Send documents to countries -Ensure correct booking of invoices -Validate invoices -Analyse discrepancies of automatic integration CB4F -Liaise with colleagues in other countries/teams to solve issues with invoices (Answer of Queries) -Make sure the SLA's achievements Requisitos.
Key Skills.
-English proficiency required -Strong team spirit -Attention to detail -Fast processing -Minimum of High School diploma -Experience in use of MS Office -Good communication skills, proactive and problem solving skills -Proven ability to meet deadlines Oferece-se.
