The dashboard should help in tracking various performance-related metrics over time, identifying trends, and providing insights into the overall performance of the call center.
The ideal candidate should have.
- Extensive experience in data visualization and dashboard creation - Proficiency in using relevant software and tools - Ability to translate complex data into understandable visual formats - Strong understanding of call center performance metrics Please note, while I have not specified the key performance indicators (KPIs) to track or the preferred data visualization methods, I would appreciate your expertise in determining which KPIs would be most relevant and effective for this project.
Your ability to suggest suitable data visualization methods will also be key.
Please make sure your completed dashboard includes the following elements.
At least 3 dynamic textboxes (Numbers within the boxes update as filters change) At least 3 other charts or graphs (these can be a chart, graph, or table) Please include at least 3 filters or slicers that control the entire dashboard This can be very simple and does not have to be in any way, an advanced dashboard Excel Processamento de Dados ID do Projeto.
