You will be responsible to.
Oversee and manage the entire installation process, from initial contracting to final supervision handover to user area; Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion, ensuring they receive the adequate documentation and training to perform the work correctly, according to legislation and Hovione guidelines; Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met; Guarantee the compliance to safety and legal rules, coaching all resources involved and liaise with authorities whenever necessary; To guarantee the necessary resources, internal and/or external, to meet project plans and to deliver the expected quality on time and on budget; To provide technical guidance and be capable of finding solutions for unexpected challenges during the construction without compromising the design concept and the process functionality, quality and systems; Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and plans; Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process; Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management; Report and escalate promptly any relevant deviations; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate.
Master’s University degree Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large-scale construction projects; Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Certification as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant engineering disciplines is highly desirable; Spoken and written English.
