INSTAGRAM SALES-DRIVE STRATEGY FOR RECORD INTL

Record International Services is seeking a talented graphic designer with experience in social media marketing to create a one-month Instagram campaign aimed at attracting liberal adults in the USA interested in migration options to Panama.
This campaign will highlight Panama’s political stability, inclusivity, economic opportunities, and high quality of life, encouraging potential clients to explore relocation options.
The campaign will include a mix of Instagram posts, such as carousels, single images, video reels, and stories, with CTAs that guide users to learn more about Record International Services’ offerings.
Each post must align with our established brand style, using the color scheme and visual language seen on our Instagram page, which can be viewed here.

Project Scope and Deliverables.
Instagram Content Types Carousels.
A total of 4 carousel posts, each with 4 slides, focusing on the benefits of relocating to Panama (e.
., stability, economic opportunity, lifestyle).
Video Reels.
3 short video reels ( seconds each) showcasing scenes of Panama’s city life, nature, and expat community.
Single Image Posts.
4 engaging image posts with text overlays highlighting key aspects of life in Panama.
Stories.
1-2 story slides per week (total of 8 stories) with swipe-up CTAs to encourage users to visit our landing page for more information.
Content Themes and Suggested Visuals Themes.
Political stability, inclusive society, economic opportunities, lifestyle benefits, testimonials, and steps for relocating.
Images/Scenes.
Scenic views of Panama, diverse groups of people, business districts, nature settings, expat gatherings, etc.
Example Posts.
Carousel covering benefits of Panama, video reel showcasing lifestyle in Panama, single image post on quality of life, and stories with migration facts or testimonials.
Design and Style Requirements Brand Consistency.
All content should match the style, color scheme, and typography as seen on our Instagram profile.
Typography and Layouts.
Clean, modern fonts; bold headings for impact; structured layouts that are clear and easy to follow.
CTAs.
Incorporate clear, compelling CTAs (e.
., “Swipe Up,” “Link in Bio,” “Learn More”) on each post where relevant.
Content and Caption Writing We will provide the initial text and guidance for each post’s theme and CTA.
Captions should be engaging and drive users to interact or visit our link in bio.
Requirements.
Experience.
Proven experience in social media graphic design, especially for Instagram.
Portfolio.
Please include examples of Instagram posts and campaigns you have created, especially carousels, reels, and stories.
Creativity and Communication.
Ability to bring fresh ideas to visually represent our message while maintaining brand consistency.
Open to revisions based on feedback.
Project Timeline.
We would like to have all final designs completed within three weeks from the project start date to allow time for revisions.
However, we would like to have the initial post as soon as possible so that we can start posting as soon as possible.
