INFLUENCER OUTREACH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media engagement, influencer marketing, and business development, particularly within the health food and beauty industries.
Key Responsibilities.
Influencer Outreach and Engagement.
Identify and compile a list of suitable social media profiles, focusing on micro-influencers relevant to our products and services.
Initiate contact and establish relationships with influencers to promote our products on their Instagram handles.
Ensure influencers follow our social media accounts and engage with our content.
Business Development.
Reach out to supermarkets, restaurants, and retail shops to explore opportunities for consignment partnerships for our products.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential business partners to expand our distribution channels.
Hair Studio Promotion.
Identify and engage with influencers and individuals who align with our hair studio's brand image to promote our services.
Focus on individuals with strong engagement and relevant profiles to enhance our brand visibility.
Negotiation and Strategy.
Negotiate collaboration terms with influencers, favouring barter trade agreements unless engaging with high-profile influencers.
Develop and implement a coherent Instagram strategy, including selecting appropriate influencers and scheduling posts to maximize engagement.
Qualifications.
Proven experience in influencer outreach and social media marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Familiarity with the health food and beauty industries is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation.
Hourly Rate.
SGD per hour (approximately USD per hour), depending on experience and expertise.
Weekly Hours.
Up to 10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs.
