As part of our ILT program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, including finance, operations, marketing, and more.
You will work directly with department leaders, providing you with a unique opportunity to understand the core of our business, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop key skills that will accelerate your career and become a future leader.

You will work on high-impact projects that are crucial to the company's success, providing them with valuable experience and visibility;Executive Shadowing.
You will have the opportunity to shadow an executive, gaining insights into high-level decision-making processes and strategic thinking;Mentorship Opportunities.
You will mentor interns, honing their coaching skills while contributing to the development of junior talent;Team Rotation.
You will rotate through different teams within their department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas where they can make the most significant impact.
HO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Recent Graduate or enrolled in a Master's degree;Up to 2 years of experience;You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables;Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides;Eligible for IEFP professional internship;Fluency in English is mandatory.
