O que procuramos.
• Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similares; • Experiência de + 2 anos como incident manager em IT; • Resolver e priorizar incidentes mediante análise de logs; • Conhecimentos em ServiceNow; • Boa comunicação e grande capacidade de resolução de problemas.
