ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of all beverage listsDeliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate mannerPick up orders efficiently from the kitchenCheck outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedFollow daily assigned employee shift side work.
ouble check every order before delivery.
ouble check all VIP orders with wit your Manager on dutyImmediately communicate all special guest Needs to your Manger on duty.
aces all In Room Dining order distribution and deliveries to our standardsMonitor order/food pick-up/tray assembly/delivery time.
ompile trip report logs.
ssist with amenity delivery.
ssist coordinating removal of IRD equipment from guest rooms and public areas and sorting out all retrieved condiments and equipment's and stored accordingly.
ssist Inspecting hotel hallways/landings for Room Service equipment.
aintain departmental requisitioned supplies properly stored and organized.
ollows hotels cleanliness guidesUphold uniform and grooming standards.
