The primary target audience for these EdTech products will be schools.
Ideal candidate should have.
- Experience and skills in in-person sales - Familiarity with selling educational hardware - Understanding of the school system and its purchasing process - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Female as per the project requirement - Established networks with school decision-makers in Pune - Comprehensive understanding of the EdTech hardware being sold - Ability to present the hardware effectively to school staff and administrators - In-depth knowledge of Pune's educational establishments and demographics - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Strong skills in negotiating contracts and terms with schools The sales professional is expected to work full-time.
The payment structure will be commission-based.
