Responsabilidades - Desenvolvimento de estratégias ao nível do employer branding e reforço de programas de atração e de retenção de talento; - Desenvolvimento, reformulação, implementação e supervisão de programas de formação; - Acompanhamento das Avaliações de Desempenho e Gestão de Carreiras; - Acompanhamento de todo o ciclo de vida do colaborador.
Requisitos - Formação superior ao nível da Licenciatura (Recursos Humanos, Psicologia das Organizações, Sociologia do Trabalho ou áreas afins); - Experiência em funções similares no mínimo de 3 anos, preferencialmente em ambiente HR Generalist ou HRBP; - Conhecimentos ao nível do processamento salarial; - Domínio da língua inglesa; - Domínio de ferramentas informáticas, nomeadamente Excel; - Espírito Pro-activo, capacidade analítica, compromisso, capacidade de trabalho e espírito de equipa.
