O que precisas de garantir- Formação superior ao nível da Licenciatura (Recursos Humanos, Psicologia das Organizações, Sociologia do Trabalho ou áreas afins);- Experiência em funções similares no mínimo de 3 anos, preferencialmente em ambiente HR Generalist ou HRBP;- Conhecimentos ao nível do processamento salarial;- Domínio da língua inglesa;- Domínio de ferramentas informáticas, nomeadamente Excel;- Espírito Pro-activo, capacidade analítica, compromisso, capacidade de trabalho e espírito de equipa.
