What you will be doing: Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices Supporting FedEx managers in talent recruitment and selection Supporting implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures Supporting an effective working environment acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes Identifying issues or opportunities and developing recommendations for HR Management Participating in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making. Supporting HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation.
