Below are the specific capabilities we are seeking.
1.
HubSpot CRM Integration The website must fully integrate with HubSpot CRM, enabling us to capture leads, track customer interactions, and manage our sales pipeline seamlessly.
This integration should ensure that all forms and data collection points feed directly into the CRM for automated follow-up, lead nurturing, and reporting.
2.
Blogs Section A dedicated blog section should be implemented to support our content marketing efforts.
The blog should be easy to manage using HubSpot’s CMS, enabling us to create, categorize, and publish posts.
Additionally, it should allow for SEO optimization and social sharing to increase content visibility and engagement.
3.
Calendar and Scheduling The website should integrate a calendar and scheduling tool, such as HubSpot’s native meeting scheduler or a third-party tool like Calendly.
This feature will allow visitors to easily book meetings or consultations directly from the website, automatically syncing with our sales team’s availability and sending reminders to both parties.
