This includes making the headers, body, sidebar, and footer editable within Surreal CMS.
Ideal skills and experience for the job.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS - Experience with Surreal CMS - Able to convert webpages into templates - Attention to detail for ensuring all specified areas are editable - Good understanding of website structure We already have a very basic website template that you can use for the template.
The current website has CSS code in with the HTML code.
That will need to be put in its own CSS file so the HTML area is not so cluttered.
We also need placeholders to insert various schema markup code.
Surreal CMS is a very simple and straight forward system for someone with HTML and CSS expertise.

The templates that will be made in Surreal CMS will be to help us make simple micro sites consisting of 1-10 web pages per website.
We will need to be able to reuse the template for each new website we create.
When you bid on this project, please make your opening remarks say "Static Website Template for Surreal CMS".
If you fail to do this, your bid will be promptly filtered.
Our current micro site formats have pretty messy code, so the end result of this project will be taking something that is pretty messy and making it clean and tidy to work with ongoing inside the Surreal CMS system.
We will provide an example of our current website.
Ideally, we will make this first template, but after this first template is done, we would want to do a second project to come up with nicer looking templates.
This will be a very simple and straightforward project for a HTML / CSS expert.
