Plan, research, develop and implement compensation policies and programs including incentive plan to support the attainment of business objectives.
Prepare HR data analytics for improved strategic workforce planning across HR as well as provide operational efficiency and optimization within the HR department.

Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity) Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on compensation programs and systems.
Represent compensation/Global database (SuccessFactors)/job structure and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
Responsible for sales compensation, executive compensation, base pay and incentive plan administration.
Develop and communicate the HR Metrics and Analytics strategy.
Determine customer requirements (HR, Finance, other) and translate requirements into reports for analysis.
Support monthly and year-end headcount for the workforce planning process and coordinates with HR leaders and Finance.
Use data to highlight key organization trends and collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify causes, costs and potential interventions/solutions.
Lead periodic audits and analyses of employee information to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Japanese.
Native or fluent English.
