Our Hire-to-Retire business line delivers a variety of innovative Human Resources services along the complete lifecycle of an employee - from onboarding to off-boarding! Your mission will be… * Assist in the creation and editing of video content for HR initiatives.
* Collaborate with the HR team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
* Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Cantasia or Synthesia.
* Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
* Ensure all video content aligns with our company's branding and messaging.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
* Manage and organize video files and assets.
We are looking for someone with… * Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to take direction and work independently.
* A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work (if available).
* Passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
