Document Management & Mailing Support, you will support your team with administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new hires in our Germany locations.
You will be responsible for handling contract-related tasks while ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
In your new role you will.
* Play a key role in driving our organization forward by ensuring a smooth correspondence with internal and external customers while handling important tasks such as printing and sending employment contracts & letters * Provide support to our People Services teams in handling 1st and 2nd level HR support requests across all European locations * Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across all European site * Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on our data management tools Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You are a fast learner, who excels in international environments and are always ready for new challenges.
You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* Have academic experience in Humanities or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or have completed vocational training in Office Management; * Experience in costumer facing roles would be a plus; * Possess excellent communication skills and convey information effectively to colleagues and stakeholders * Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges * Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to new situations and tasks * Thrive in an international team environment * Have a good command of English (written and spoken) and at least a basic level of German (mandatory).
