Gerir os processos de recrutamento de A a Z;
Promover a comunicação com os colaboradores, identificando problemas e facilitando a resolução dos mesmos;
Apoiar no desenvolvimento de formações internas e garantir o cumprimento de todo o processo administrativo associado;
Coordenar os processos de admissão, acolhimento, integração e socialização de novos colaboradores, assegurando que todos os documentos necessários são assinados e garantindo o acesso às formações de integração e familiarização com os colegas e local de trabalho;
Assegurar a preparação do processamento salarial e Coordenar a gestão de processos contratuais e processamentos salariais com fornecedores externos;
Prestar esclarecimentos de duvidas e esclarecimentos relacionados com o processamento salarial, aos colaboradores da empresa;
Preparar o cálculo dos indicadores da Área e garantir a manutenção do Dashboard;
Assegurar a gestão administrativa da área em todas as suas vertentes;
Apoiar na implementação de politicas de recursos humanos;
Contribuir activamente para a melhoria de processos de gestão de rh.
