The target audience for this pitch will be our Executive Team.
Your task will include.
- Creating an engaging pitch to present to our Executive Team - Identifying and suggesting improvements for our current HR processes - Including relevant HR metrics and achievements to support the proposed changes Ideal candidates should have.
- Extensive experience in HR, particularly in the retail industry - Proven track record of improving HR processes - Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively convey the pitch to the Executive Team.
The pitch presentation should be created in PDF format.
The presentation should not exceed 20 slides.
Please include time to fill positions metrics in the presentation.
