Descripción del puesto.
Job Purpose.
To provide the business with first class HR administration and delivering outstanding internal customer services.
Responsibilities.
* Working daily with HR systems, processes and procedures * Administration work within the department such as producing contracts of employment, pay review or job change letters to employees in an accurate and timely manner * Co-ordinate the return and administration of new starters paperwork, ensuring they are on boarded correctly and in a timely manner * Maintain and update employee records on the HR database (SAP HR) ensuring employee files are stored in the system * Manage the employee off-boarding process * Support with day to day HR duties, including recruitment, employee engagement, disciplinary and grievance hearings as required.
* Supporting the development of HR policy and procedure and suggest improvements where necessary * Manage facilities of our offices in Portugal (Lisbon & Porto) * Coordination to any facilities work project - reporting to Iberian Facilities Manager * Contact with providers and landlord for all the office matters and facilities related issues * Manage H&S tasks and responsibilities * Invoice control and management * Day to day interaction with employees and managers * Ad-hoc project support Knowledge Skills and Experience.
* Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business is desirable * Previous HR administration experience would be an advantage * Good skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * High level of attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise work load * Ability to operate under pressure * Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets * Ability to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive and can do attitude * Self-motivated with a desire to learn * Ability to form effective working relationships at all levels * Excellent team player #LI-RS1 Key SkillsCommunication, Deadline Management, Detail-Oriented, Human Resources (HR), Taking Initiative, Teamwork What's In It For You? * Elective Benefits.
