Description: Hebrew-Speaking Content ModeratorLocation: Remote anywhere in PortugalCompensation:Option 1: Gross salary of €1,465 per month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment, includes allowances in the Lisbon area).Option 2: Gross salary of €1,751 per month (if accommodation is not required, includes allowances).Job OverviewAs a Content Moderator, you will ensure that all content posted on social media platforms complies with policies and guidelines. Working within the Hebrew-speaking market, your role will involve evaluating and moderating content to improve the overall user experience. This position requires attentiveness, adaptability, and a strong commitment to upholding platform standards.Key ResponsibilitiesContent ModerationReview and evaluate content posted on the platform, including videos, comments, user appeals, and titles.Determine if content violates platform policies or guidelines and take appropriate action.Focus on the Livestream function, particularly ensuring minors do not use the platform inappropriately.Handle user-reported content and assess excerpts of flagged videos for compliance.Make decisions based on established guidelines to maintain a safe and positive online community.Policy ComplianceEnsure all activities align with platform compliance regulations and standards.Evaluate sensitive content responsibly, maintaining discretion and professionalism.User ExperiencePlay a critical role in creating a safer and more enjoyable experience for users by moderating inappropriate or harmful content.Working ConditionsSchedule:40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + a lunch break).Rotational shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.Environment: Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal.DisclaimerThis role may involve exposure to sensitive content, such as:Vulgar language or behavior.Graphic violence.Pornography or explicit material.Misinformation or fake news.QualificationsSkills RequiredFluency in Hebrew and proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong analytical skills to evaluate content objectively and make sound decisions.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.Emotional resilience and the ability to handle exposure to sensitive or disturbing content.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in content moderation or related fields is an advantage.Familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines.Perks and BenefitsCompetitive salary options to suit individual preferences.Free accommodation (if applicable).Opportunity to work remotely in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Gain experience in a fast-evolving digital industry.Contribute to creating safer online spaces.Ready to help build a safer digital world while working from anywhere in Portugal?
