A sua nova função Será missão deste profissional a gestão de projetos e ações em âmbito de saúde e segurança no trabalho, com presença e contacto próximo a equipas operacionais.
O profissional terá a oportunidade de elaboração de planos de segurança, controlo e acompanhamento de auditorias a realizar, avaliação de procedimentos e ações de segurança em terreno, realização de ações de formação às equipas, investigação de potenciais riscos de acidente, extinção de reincidências, controlo de EPIs, bem como a inserção e análise de indicadores em plataformas internas.
Este profissional irá reportar diretamente à figura de Direção Fabril.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Formação superior em Engenharia, a par com experiência superior a 2 anos em funções semelhantes em contexto industrial.
Será necessário o contacto prévio a normativos como ISO , bem como possuir CAP VI (mínimo).
Será também importante a gestão de projetos e sistemas internos em saúde e segurança no trabalho.
Serão fundamentais as competências interpessoais como capacidade de influência, orientação para a otimização, proatividade e adaptabilidade, a par com fluência em idiomas Inglês.
