Descrição Manage the QA department and be account for the overall QA and Testing Strategy Define the QA roadmap and manage the department capacity to meet the demand coming from all projects and department activities Support and coach the QA test managers in all projects, providing the guidance for creating and execute component-level test plans and test cases Coordinates with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards Define the strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies, coaching and leading the teams towards it Define and lead the strategy for testing automation across all projects Be the change management leader to transform the QA department with full adherence to the market standard and best pratices Perfil ideal Experience working in a global quality assurance team Experience managing QA and testing departments on a multi-national and multi-cultural environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities Ability to interface with different stakeholders including executive leadership Strong leadership skills (communication, relationship, stakeholders management, strategic mindset,…) Fluency in English is mandatory.
Availability for travel within Europe.
