The primary responsibility of the Head of Internal Communications will be to lead and manage the internal communications team, ensuring consistent and effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote the corporate culture of the company on a global scale.
Job Responsibilities Manage and lead the internal communications team to promote and maintain a positive corporate culture Oversee and optimize internal communication channels for effective communication among multicultural employees in more than 80 countries around the world Analyze the various employee types, their communication styles, and their needs.
Based on this analysis, propose a communication matrix tailored to individual groups with diverse cultural and life backgrounds Organize and improve regular meetings and communication formats to enhance engagement (Evening Talks, Welcome meetings, Lunch and Learn), launch new communication formats if needed Create and execute communication strategies using various tools Lead project management for global events and activities to foster teamwork and community spirit Monitor and analyze internal communication processes to identify areas for improvement Stay updated on industry trends to enhance corporate culture and internal communication practices
