Descrição Lead the steering and monitoring of third-party providers managing server infrastructure, data networks, and security systems within a complex systems landscape.
Collaborate closely with engineering departments across business units to define requirements and architecture for the Integrated Development Environment.
Provision and maintain tools and environments for applications, ensuring alignment with the IT infrastructure team for XaaS DevOps operations.
Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of all Engineering IT systems, solutions, and applications.
Oversee service and contract management, ensuring external service providers meet performance standards as per service level agreements (SLAs).
Define and implement robust cybersecurity measures for the IDE in collaboration with the Chief Information Security Officer.
Engage with executives, department heads, and system users to enhance IDE effectiveness, driving optimization and harmonization where feasible.
Develop and enforce an emergency strategy and contingency plans to ensure operational resilience.
This role demands strategic leadership, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to support cutting-edge engineering innovation.
Perfil ideal Leadership experience in an international and multicultural environment, with proven responsibility for personnel and budgets.
Demonstrated success in managing a broad and international portfolio of IT services.
Expertise in defining and implementing performance measures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
Strong knowledge of current IT solutions and emerging technologies.
In-depth understanding of business objectives, processes, and priorities to strategically align IT infrastructure with overall organizational goals.
Exceptional initiative, coupled with outstanding communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English (German proficiency is a plus).
High commitment and resilience, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments.
Independent and proactive working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
