Are you looking for a new professional challenge and interested in working in a multicultural contact center environment? Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting Group Reservations Agents (m/f) for a prestigious client company.
Main functions.
· Responds in a professional, efficient, friendly manner to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by telephone; · Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield (lead by example when attending to guest requests) Creates and maintains accurate reservation records, promptly processes any cancellations and modifications; · Resolving Conflicts, Making Decisions/Negotiating; · Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
· Using Company Systems to enter data or process information.
Working schedule.
rotating shifts from 7 a.
.
to 7 p.
from monday to friday.
Location.
Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon) Requisitos.
- Fluent in English and portuguese; - Must meet the conditions to work in Portugal (valid residence permit; NIF; NISS, etc).
- Experience in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar (preferential factor); - Experience in customer service; - Excellent Communication skills; - Proactive and responsible; - Good computer skills.
