- Proficient in data entry, specifically form filling - Experienced with Google Forms - Detail-oriented to ensure accurate form completion - Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines - Excellent typing speed for efficient data entry - Familiarity with data validation techniques in Google Forms - Ability to provide previous samples or references of similar work - Proficient in multiple languages to handle diverse forms - Strong communication skills for clear interaction with the team - Ability to troubleshoot technical problems that may arise during form filling - Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles - Strong time management skills to handle deadlines effectively - Knowledge of using spreadsheets to organize and manage data - High level of attention to detail for minimizing errors in forms The project involves filling between 50 and 200 forms.
The forms will primarily collect product details.
Detailed guidelines for product details formatting will be provided.
The form submission needs to be completed within 1 week.
The product details should be provided in a spreadsheet format.
The data entry specialist is only required to provide an end-of-project report.
Forms will be in English and other specified languages.
The forms will be in English, French, and Spanish.
The data entry specialist will perform basic data cleaning tasks to ensure product details are corrected for obvious errors.
The forms involve basic fields only, such as text, numbers, and dates.
