This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Europe and Russia.
Job Responsibilities.
Candidate management.
screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience.
Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity; Candidate search.
use a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals; Database management.
keep internal recruitment systems up to date; Analysis and reporting.
assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and analysis; Interview and evaluate candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements (together with Global Recruiter); Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated (together with Global Recruiter); Participation in other HR - related projects.
