GHL LEAD GENERATION & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

We are seeking a GoHighLevel expert to design and implement a high-converting lead generation funnel for our [Dental Office / Auto Repair Shop / Real Estate Practice].
The ideal candidate will create a professional, brand-aligned GHL snapshot that includes a captivating landing page, forms, pipelines, and automated AI-driven voice/SMS/email workflows.
Key Responsibilities.
Funnel & Landing Page Setup.
Build a conversion-focused landing page in GHL that clearly communicates our value proposition (e.
., free consultation, inspection, valuation).
Integrate a well-structured form to capture lead details and special requests.
Pipeline & CRM Configuration.
Create a pipeline that mirrors our lead journey, from “New Lead” to “Converted Client.” Implement tagging, segmenting, and automation to keep the CRM organized.
Workflows & Automations.
Develop automated workflows that initiate immediate follow-ups via SMS, email, and optional voice calls.
Incorporate conditional logic to personalize responses based on lead input and integrate with AI tools for tailored messaging.
AI Voice & Messaging Implementation.
Configure Twilio or GHL native phone features to deliver a brief, professional voice prompt.
Set up AI-driven messaging (via OpenAI or another platform) to personalize responses to lead inquiries.
Testing & Optimization.
Thoroughly test the entire funnel and workflow sequence to ensure a seamless experience.
Optimize messaging content, response timings, and automation logic based on initial feedback.
Documentation & Handover.
Provide clear documentation on how to update and maintain the funnel.
Train internal staff on how to use the pipeline, manage leads, and update snapshot elements.
Qualifications.
Proven experience with GoHighLevel’s funnel builder, workflows, and CRM features.
Familiarity with Twilio integration and AI tools (like OpenAI) is a major plus.
Ability to create professional, on-brand landing pages and nurturing sequences.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results.
