Your role.
Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision; Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution; Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise; Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction; Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience; Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations.
We're looking for.
Languages.
Proficiency in English + German or Dutch is mandatory; Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
We offer.
Competitive base salary + Meal Allowance of 9; Direct contract with the client, with expected entry in March; Flexible working hours.
