The Role.
Youll support clients of a wellknown financial institution through calls chat and email helping them navigate online banking and understand products and marketing campaigns.
Your main responsibilities include.
Responding to customers via calls chat and email Providing product details and information on campaigns Assisting with card services and scheduling appointments Supporting marketing initiatives and inquiries What We Offer.
