Role Overview.
As a GermanSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a vital role in safeguarding our platforms integrity by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content in German.
Your keen attention to detail and linguistic expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive online environment for our diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate usergenerated content in German including text images and videos to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards.
Actively monitor user interactions and identify and address any instances of inappropriate or harmful content.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex moderation issues in a timely manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats in content moderation providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development and refinement of moderation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements.
Proficiency in German both written and verbal with a strong grasp of grammar syntax and vocabulary.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity when reviewing sensitive or controversial content.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and regions.
Prior experience in content moderation customer support or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development with a willingness to adapt to evolving industry standards and best practices.
