Qualifications Fluency in German and English C1 Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide efficient solutions multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Demonstrated ability to be a team player adaptable and flexible Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus Offer.
