Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören.
Bearbeite eingehende Anrufe und Mails von Kunden zu Zahlungsproblemen, Serviceproblemen, Stornierungen und anderen produktbezogenen Anfragen Identifiziere Probleme der Kunden, bearbeite Beschwerden, biete Lösungen und Alternativen an Verwende Leitfäden und Protokolle, die während der Schulung bereitgestellt werden, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen Kommuniziere freundlich und professionell mit verschiedensten Kunden Deine Qualifikationen Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und beherrschst fließend Englisch (B2).
Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
Du verfügst über ein gute Computerkenntnisse und hast erste Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office.
Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, die richtigen Informationen zu recherchieren und zu identifizieren.
Du bist professionell und gründlich.
