Key Responsibilities.
Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone email and chat channels.
Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Educate customers on product features and services to enhance their satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure customer happiness.
Requirements.
Valid work permit in Portugal (residence card or EU ID).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Supporter (preferred).
C1 level proficiency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
