€ base + €380 performance bonus + 250€ language bonus + 167€ Meal Allowance (net) About the Role.
We are hiring an German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Oeiras.
You will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content adheres to our community guidelines, making the online space safer for all users.
This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday shifts, offering an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and moderate content in German, ensuring compliance with policies.
Flag and escalate inappropriate content as necessary.
Work collaboratively with the content moderation team.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity.
Requirements.
Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English.
Keen eye for detail and strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous content moderation experience is a plus.
