Porto, Hipercentro Areosa Business Park \uD83C\uDFE0 Working from home/office - Hybrid working model (2 days per week in office) What’s the role about? Provide operational procurement support for GKN plants internationally within the GBS Procurement Porto service related scope.
What you'll do? Perform daily operational GBS procurement contract and order management related activities according to instructions.
price updates, price validation and price discrepancy resolution, requisition validation, purchase order creation and follow-up.
Perform month-end related operational activities, such as extraction of reports and simple data preparation to use in reports.
Communicate efficiently with the main internal stakeholders.
