Fully Remote (candidates must reside in Portugal) Language Requirement.
French (Fluent) and B2 English, both written and spoken Start Date.
16th January Work Schedule.
Shifts.
- Early shift.

AM – 5.
PM - Late shift.

PM – PM - Days Off.
Rotational (priority for 2 consecutive days off when possible) Key Requirements.
- Must currently reside in Portugal (any location, North to South).
- C2 to native French and B2+ English, both spoken and written.
- Possession of a valid residence card for Portugal, expression of interest, job seeker visa or a EU member state passport (a MUST) - Customer Service Experience.
Previous experience is mandatory.
- Tourism Background.
Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not essential.
Employment Details.
- Contract Type.
6-month fixed-term (CDD), extendable - Base Salary.
€895 (per 14 months) - Performance Bonus.
€100/month (based on performance metrics) - Complexity Bonus.
€55/month - Food allowance.

- Respond to customer inquiries related to travel and tourism services.
- Assist with bookings, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions for travel-related concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic support.
