FULL STACK DEVELOPER NEEDED FOR WORKFLOW, INVOICING, AND SHOP MANAGEMENT SAAS WITH PRE-DESIGNED UI

Hi, I'm designing a web-based SaaS project and looking for quotes on how long you believe it'll take to develop.
I'm looking to begin development in the next 3-6 weeks.
I already have a sample UI that I designed in Figma but it's a little amateur (see screenshots), so you might want to tweak a few things here and there if you think it'll make the project turn out better.
Before we start development I'll send you a more complete, detailed spec with a wireframe and walkthrough videos for all of the pages.
This will be a web-based workflow, scheduling, and organization tool for custom car mechanics and builders.
I have a partial roadmap of features to add after this and would love to find someone who can stay on to build those out after we finish version one.
For now though our features will include.
- A responsive web design - The ability for an admin to create users multiple users on the account and edit their permissions.
- A functional calendar (basic Google-calendar type) on the home page, which can be updated with color-coded events on the calendar and while building job profiles (ie; the individual tasks in the job should appear on the calendar).
Below the calendar will also be a list of events scheduled for that day.
- The ability to create a job made up of individual tasks, which are grouped into phases.
The tasks will include a title, a description, an estimated amount of time, assigned users (shown in the screenshot as Techs), start and end dates, a location (chosen from a list the user creates), attachments, and parts.
- The ability to designate certain tasks as pre-requisites to others so the system can design a workflow that shows users which tasks need to be completed before others.
Users should be able to mark a task as completed and the workflow diagram should reflect which tasks are completed, available (all pre-requisites are complete), or unavailable (some pre-requisites not yet complete).

- The ability to save a task, phase, or job as a template to copy it and use (or use a modified version of) again later - While working on a job, users should be able to pull up an individual task page and start a timeclock to track their labor hours.
- Users should be able to write and read notes on jobs or individual tasks on jobs.
- The ability to add parts, labor hours, and select notes from individual tasks to an invoice and then either send that invoice as a pdf with a link to a payment processor that they've connected (stripe, square, quickbooks, paypal, etc) or open that payment processor in a new tab and add the information to the payment processor's invoice builder.
(I don't know much about integrating these platforms so let me know how realistic you think this is and what you think the best way to accomplish it would be).
- A page where users can see current jobs as well as a list of tasks that are currently available - The ability to attach a google account and scan the user's email for a tracking number from major shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and track when shipments will be delivered to them.
- The ability to track the user's Amazon orders and see when they'll be delivered to them.
- The ability save parts as favorites as well as generate a unique ID number for these parts (only needs to be unique to the account, parts from different accounts can repeat ID numbers because they'll never interact) and print/ read a barcode for these ID numbers - the ability to look up and view past jobs and past customers.
- The ability to send users and their clients automated reminders for upcoming appointments and other events.
