We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join our Team in Lisbon! Why to join our Team.

What will be your main responsibilities and duties.
Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible; Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged; Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room; Checks out guest at end of stay.
Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges and presents bill to guest.
Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction; Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; Resolves customer complaints; Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.; Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone; Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you will bring to us.
Experience from a Front Office of a 5* hotel or similar luxury environment is appreciated; Attention to detail, ability to multi task, to prioritize and handle stress; Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation; Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences; Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays; The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country; Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
