For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit French speaking Digital Solution Specialists. The RoleAs a Digital Solution Specialist you will be working for a cloud-based development platform. It's your responsibility to deliver outstanding customer support through chat, email, and phone communication. Your daily tasks could involve: Resolve user issues by providing clear guidance and effective solutions. Assist users in understanding and utilizing platform features to maximize the potential of their websites. Collaborate with product and development teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges. Maintain current knowledge of platform updates and new features to ensure accurate and relevant support. Gather and communicate user feedback to contribute to enhancing the overall user experience.   Requirements: Requirements Fluent French and EnglishPrevious Customer Support experience desiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to details  Offer: Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 890 plus gross fixed language bonus of 90 euro p/m plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Transport allowance of 20 EUR p/m is given.
