You will not interact directly with clients but instead focus on collaborating with these agencies to ensure compliance with passenger rights regulations.
Your work will be essential in managing claims and disputes before they escalate to the court system.
Key Responsibilities.
Communicate with lawyers legal officers and NEB representatives to resolve passenger rights issues.
Ensure transport operators comply with regulations enforced by NEB in various countries.
Handle claims and disputes ensuring proper processes are followed and that they are resolved efficiently.
Maintain strict confidentiality particularly regarding client identities.
