Key Responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Educate users on platform features and help them optimize their websites.
Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
Stay updated on new platform features and updates to provide accurate support.
Gather and relay user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
What We Offer.
Salary.
EUR 890/month (14 payments per year) + Performance Bonus.
EUR 90/month (12 months).
Extra payment.

Work Schedule.
Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Two rotating days off per week.
Requirements.
Fluency in French and at least B2-level English.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field (mandatory).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site.
