• Ensure payment deadlines are met;
• Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
• Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
• Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
• Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email,
• Follow-up on customer accounts;
• Identify solutions to the problems presented;
• Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
• Language: French mandatory (Minimum: C1), English B2;
• Experience in cash-collection or in similar position, at least 3 years (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
• Good knowledge in finance.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU - Direct contract with the client (fixed term of 12 months); - Base Salary: 1,100€; - Meal Allowance: 8.32€/day; - Working hours: 08:30h - 17:30h (Monday to Friday); - Hybrid working regime; - Life Insurance, Retirement Insurance (3% of gross annual salary), Health Insurance (employee and children); - Workload: 40 hours / week; - Miraflores, Algés.
