- Strong communication skills, particularly in video conferencing - Experience in bidding on projects and acquiring clients through freelancing platforms - Understanding of the needs and preferences of individual clients ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
● A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD FETCH US PROJECTS RELATED TO WEB DEVELOPMENT AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FREELANCING.
● SHOULD BE DEDICATED TO COMPANY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SHOULD WORK TILL SPECIFIED TIME DURATION.
● THE DETAILS OF THE PROJECT SHOULD NOT BE REVEALED OR SHOULD NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE REGARDING THE PROJECT.
PAYMENT AND INCENTIVES.
● A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE PAID MINIMUM OF /- AND MAXIMUM OF /- BASED ON PROJECTS.
● A MINIMUM OF 3 PROJECTS SHOULD BE FETCHED IN A MONTH.
● INCENTIVES WILL ALSO BE PAID BASED ON PROJECT’S PROFIT.
