Here is the part of a project that can become a lot more work.
This is for District Interactive - we are a technology partner with Universal Music Group and also have a division with a number of real estate clients.
This project is specifically for Follow Up Boss.
Follow Up Boss is a CRM - if you do not know what it is, do not bid.
The person who would be awarded this project must be an expert in API implementation, and accessing data (scraping etc).
Follow Up Boss allows admins to create their own integrations.
We have an AI bot that is created and it is implemented inside Follow Up Boss.
However, it is not able to grab the data from each user.
This can be done by using their examples of Context Key and the secret ID to perform something like this in php (node example also available).
Context is passed as a query string and is a base64 encoded string of the current account, user and person.

But basically, we need to be able to grab the information for the user the app is used on.
This includes notes or other important data.
Utilizing this, we want to then send it to the AI to 1).

From here, the SMS message needs to be sent automatically.
We utilize a tool called Texting Betty which has an interface inside FUB, thus, using a tool like ZeroWork or TaskMagic (which we have access to - or something similar) we need to send./ schedule a text message based on the data brought bak to us by the AI.
The same thing with the email.
However, this should also be able to be done with the API - utilizing the same #'s as one of the Inboxes and an email from our support@.
This is where your expertise in API and scraping / using Zero-code tools will come in need to determine how best to take the necessary data, consume it, and/or immediately send it to the AI with instructions and get back the completion data which then needs to be used to formulate emails, sms and voice call script.
The AI platform we use for this is AI Engine on WordPress which has a lot of filters, hooks and API usage to be able to trigger completions and others.
