Position Description.
CGI Federal is seeking a Financial Specialist I supporting DOJ in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
- Be involved in daily clerical tasks that include any copying, printing, filing of financial documents - Prepare and/or review funding documents - Invoice processing including review and uploading invoices - Reviewing and correcting errors and other issues in uploading invoices UFMS - Compare paid invoice report with time period of obligation and prepare a report of missing invoices, or other perceived issues - Review invoice tracking reports against paid invoices to identify outstanding invoices - Assisting Vendors and Program offices with invoice inquiries - Counseling callers on relocation program benefits - Process travel authorizations per guidelines - Process travel vouchers for payment - Run open obligation and obligation status reports in UFMS and identify obligations that should be closed - Prepare documents for approval to de-obligate unused funding in obligations - Prepare documents for approval to de-commit unused funding in commitments Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Must have 2+ years of finance related experience Must be able to obtain DOJ MRPT Clearance and meet all security requirements Must be US Citizen Hourly Rate.
$/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to.
skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
