We are looking for motivated project managers to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for.
Oversee all phases of transformational projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines;Implement Lean and Agile methodologies to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement;Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and project teams to ensure clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making;Build, lead, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance Agile and Lean adoption.
OUR PROFILE8+ years of project management experience, including experience in transformational projects using Lean and Agile methodologies.
roven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
xpertise in applying Lean principles to optimize workflows and Agile frameworks (e.
., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for delivery.
