CGI is currently seeking a associate who has a minimum of 0-3 years working experience in invoice processing, preferably with experience working with Microsoft excel.
Willing to work in Night shift).
This would be considered a Associate position that will provide support to a invoice processing team, working along side team leads and managers.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for handling and processing invoices of various countries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge/experience in processing invoices and sound knowledge of accounting practices.
• With a keen eye for detail in invoicing procedures.
• Ability to review invoices and verify tax information and entering invoice data into the company’s accounting system.
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The Associate is expected to be highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Interpersonal skills are also a key factor since there are requirements to interact with internal and client staff.
he ideal candidate will have.
Education/Experience.
• Graduate/ post-secondary education in Business of Commerce or related discipline.
• 0-3 years related experience in consulting/IT department supporting project managers • Accounts payable Invoice processing process knowledge Technical Skills.
• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office , including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Experience with invoicing processes • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
