If your goal is to be part of a dynamic company, Optylon Krea is your starting point! We are looking for a Finance Specialist to assist with day-to-day financial operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance and accounting who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow in their career.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling routine financial tasks, supporting the finance team, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Responsibilities.
- Assist with processing payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
Prepare payments, secure approval from the CF committee and handle the first layer of payment approvals; - Help managing commercial banking relationships, ensuring smooth financial operations and communication with banking partners.
- Control and liaise with external bookkeepers to ensure accurate processing and management of invoices; - Oversee Optylon Krea's cashflow, including current realizations, future forecasts, and profitability analysis by unit and company.
- Support the implementation and use of ERP systems for financial reporting and accounting tasks; - Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements and cash flow reports; - Participate in monitoring and controlling financial processes, including cost tracking and budget adherence; - Provide basic financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Support other finance team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; - Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices; - Experience with ERP systems (e.
., PHC, Primavera) is a plus; - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; - Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude; - Familiarity with tax filings and compliance is a plus; - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges within the finance function.
